Jessica Deel, FNP-C, has been a valued member of Bluestone Health Association since 2019, inspired by her passion to serve patients in rural and underserved communities. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from UVA’s College at Wise, obtained her RN through Southwest Community College, completed her BSN at King University, and earned her MSN from Chamberlain University. Jess is deeply committed to patient education and preventive care, finding fulfillment in helping individuals achieve their long-term health goals. She treasures the close, trusting relationships that develop in rural healthcare and believes those bonds are among the most meaningful parts of her work. Originally from Haysi, VA, Jess now resides in Tazewell with her husband of 18years, Adam, and their daughter, Sydney. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, riding and showing horses, and enjoying the outdoors through hunting and fishing—living a life rooted in compassion, connection, and community.
