Jacinda Farnsworth, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of healthcare experience, dedicated to providing compassionate and patient-centered care to individuals and families in her community. Since beginning her healthcare career in 2013, Jacinda has served in a variety of hands-on nursing roles, including CNA, LPN, and RN, gaining valuable clinical experience across multiple healthcare settings. She earned her undergraduate nursing degrees from Bluefield State University and later obtained her Master’s degree in Nursing from Marshall University, graduating with Sigma Theta Tau honors. Jacinda is passionate about helping others and strives to build meaningful relationships with her patients while promoting their overall health and well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three daughters.
